SupaBrands helpline launched

SupaBrands have now launched a dedicated customer helpline number for electrical items and power tools. Featured on all user manuals, customer service teams will answer enquiries as ‘SupaBrands’ taking details of the enquiry, including the consumer’s name, address and telephone number and where and when the product was purchased. Details will then be sent to Supa to investigate and resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently.

Any spares required will be sent directly to the customer, taking all responsibility away from the retailer. This development in Supa’s customer service is the next step to enhance the reputation of the brand.

In occasional instances the consumer may have to be advised that the only course of action is to return the product to the retailer where it was purchased. In this case Supa will also contact the retailer to advise them of these actions.
